Good morning Runners! Lasse Viren was a Finnish long distance runner that won a total of 4 Olympic gold medals from the 1972 and 1976 Summer Olympics. Throughout our lives, there has always been a first person to do something. There are people that have done somewhat impossible tasks, such as breaking 2 in the marathon. You should never believe that you can't do something just because no one else has done it. Believe that you can do it BECAUSE no one else has done it before. Have a wonderful day runners and think long and hard about this quote.
