Never EVER Quit

I know this quote isn't from a famous runner, but the meaning behind it is very inspiring and important. It shows that you'll always have a choice, whether it be in a workout or in a race, to keep going or to quit. Once you quit once, it's easier to quit the next time. So next time you have a hard race or workout and you feel the urge to stop or quit, push yourself. A lot of times you feel tired so you stop, but if you want to quit and you still have the strength to stand up, then you can wipe the sweat off your face and keep grinding.
